Contract Terms
Agreement Terms
- •Term: Commences Mar 1, 2026. 12-month initial term.
- •Termination: 60-days written notice required for the first year.
- •Payment: Net 30 days. 1% monthly interest on late payments.
- •Rate Increases: Annual adjustment up to 5% based on CPI.
- •Liability: Limited to $50.00 per carton for loss/damage.
Service & Fees
- •Monthly Minimum: $1,500.00 activity fee (difference invoiced if not met).
- •Setup Fee: $1,500.00 + 1 month due within 30 days of signing.
- •Insurance: Customer responsible for goods insurance.
- •Claims: Must be filed within 30 days of delivery/loss.
